Most carparks are located at basement or 2/F. of government buildings, shopping centers & hotels, a "P" sign or light box is usually placed at the entrance for easily recognize.

Some public metered carparks are nearby markets, gardens, playgrounds, beaches & countryside. Parking meters are operated by Octopus card for payments.
