As a good habit, bring your blood donation card/blood type information with you & mark down your home-land doctor's contact information for keep in wallet. So in case that is any emergency, it is much more easier for get back overseas medical record/advise proper treatment .

On the another hand, you should also keep those information of medical treatment which you have been suffered in Hong Kong, for examples: get doctor's name card/save extra pills/keep drug package ... etc. In case you find something wrong with your body after the trip, you can show your local doctor the information on hand for his tracking.
